How to run a Patient Registration Application:

1. Download and extract the Patient Record Application
2. Copy and paste the folder "pasien_1b" to c:\pasien_1b
3. Click 2 pasien_db_1b1.mdb file
4. Enter the password "admin".
5. Done.

Minimum Requirements:

1. P3 800Mhz Processor or high
2. 256MB Memory Or high
3. Ms Windows 98, ME, XP, Vista
4. Ms office with access 2000,2003,2007 version
